The Death of Our Cat, Napoleon.

Yes, it is really sad. Our cat, Napoleon, died today. Yesterday, he had that bladder stone problem again - see here - and we took him to the vet. The doctor said it is very common among cats who do not like to drink water, and added that we can pick him up tomorrow, which is today. My dad went out and he came back later, and he said we had to let him go. The only way to save him was to have his sex changed, and Taiwan does that perform that kind of operation. Even if his sex was changed, he would still be leaking. So we have to let him go.

The first time I saw Napoleon, my first thought was, "Man! What a big cat!" And yes, he was a pretty big cat. Napoleon was also a very weird cat. And he always had his tail held up high. A very confident cat he was. When Caesar sleeps, Napoleon would walk over to him, kick him off the spot, and sleep there. When he wants your attention, he would stand with two legs and reach out for you. He never liked fast movements. He was very fond of my brother's room, because that was where he would normally go and sleep. It's really sad. We had him for over a year, and he had to go so soon.

Oh, Napoleon, you were such a great cat, and we all loved you. Here are some pictures of him.
