Belly Dance Performance, December 29, 2013

Yesterday was my fourth performance as a belly dancer. We performed by the entrance of a department store that we always lunch at after we seeing a movie at the theater. The song, this time, was Shakira's "Objection" and another drum song mashed together. The weather wasn't too bad thankfully, and the song happened so quick I didn't have time to process what I did. So here are the pictures.

I started applying the make-up on myself at 9 a.m, and finished in the nick of time.

Like the first time, the rest of the group applies their make-up at KFC, because it wasn't too crowded there.

Watercolour Field Box and Comic Ink & Pen

Almost two weeks ago, my mom bought me a two small bottles of comic ink and Winsor and Newton's a watercolor field box. My mom first saw the latter on an artist's Facebook, and she showed it to me. The comic inks & pens are from the same seller who sold the watercolor field box. I wanted it after I saw it. So after shopping around and waiting... and more waiting.... it finally arrived! Check it out!

It was so small, smaller than I expected! As big as my hand only.

My mom also purchased a sketchbook for me.

I'm not very adept at watercolor, but with practice, maybe. The watercolor field box is convenient enough to bring it outdoors, and paint when you are bored. Since I got it it, I painted a few paintings already, and hopefully I can bring it outdoors and do more!

Taipei: Tests and KTV

I took a test to get my high school diploma in Taipei last week (For the test, see here.). I passed thankfully.  I walked into the testing center at 8:20 a.m, came out at 1:50 p.m. (Good thing I had a large breakfast!) As you can imagine, I walked out feeling triumphant and relieved, because after the test I could finally have some fun. Here are the pictures!
