Five Days in Taipei

On July 9th, last Monday morning, my mom and I went to Taipei and spent about five days there. My cousins came over as well, and together, we went to a museum on Tuesday and we went to see a movie the next day at Miramar Entertainment Park (美麗華百樂園) to see a movie called Brave. It's the same place we went to last year to see Cars 2. We also did some other exhausting, fun activities. We returned home on Saturday afternoon. As usual, I had lots of fun!! Well, here are some pictures!

I love this picture!

Here's what I think of Brave (No spoilers!): An enjoyable flick, with beautiful animation, mind-blowing music. I also love that girl's big, fuzzy red hair., and I like her friend. Overall, the film was good, but it was too short. I'm glad the tickets were for free. In my opinion, I think 2 hour movies are worth to see in theater.

A fear of heights, anyone?

  1. LOL, you seem to have had an awesome week with your cousins! Whenever we visit our cousins - both of them are boys, we have two girl cousins in North Carolina, and a 2 year-old guy a few miles from where I live - we just play cricket, raid the refrigerator, mess around with their PLayStation, watch TV, call each other names, stuff ourselves with ice cream and basically try to stay alive, if you know what I mean. If you don't, well, it just means that we're all jerks, but in a good way, and that's probably why we get along with each other :)

I really wanna see The Dark Knight Rises! And The Avengers, too.

I sent you an email, but I don't know if you've received it since I didn't get a reply.

You could try "Born To Be Wild" by Steppenwolf and maybe "Honky Tonk Horror" by the Black Belles (they're technically new to the world of music, Jack White signed them up to his recording label, Third Man). They also made a song called "Dead Shoe", but I've not heard it yet.

LOL, I don't anime either. Though, I have a friend who's crazy of anime, and she kinda got me hooked to this show called Hetalia: Axis Powers. I watch it dubbed, and it's funny and all, but it won't make my favorite TV show list :) It's about nations and World War II, and every country has a character. Frankly, America would be my favorite :D You can read about him here: http://hetalia.wikinet.org/wiki/America
