Monday:
Yes, those were my tired eyes.
My mom looks better here.

In the train. I was sore throughout my body.
After lunch, I went with my cousin to her piano lessons.
Her classroom.
The view from above.
That night, we went to the market to enjoy slushi ice !! Mine was strawberry snow ice (the translation is Snow Ice).
Red beans over green tea flavored ice.
My cousin's honey over aloe flavored ice.
My aunt's.... normal snow flavored ice.
We shopped around for a while.
This is Lemon Jelly ice.
Traditional stinky tofu!
Tuesday:
My cousin and I went biking.
It was a nice view, cool breeze.
There she goes, my cousin!
There was barely anybody around.
Some birds and dogs, though.
I took this when we crossed the bridge.
We stopped to rest for a few minutes.
There was one dog in the lake. Now there are several. You can imagine how hot Taiwan is.
Taipei 101 in the distance.
All of us, including my aunt, went to the museum to look at Three-dimensional books.
I remember being here when I was younger.
My aunt and my cousin go off to buy tickets.
My cousin was checking her brand new itouch.
The gift shop. Pictures were not allowed to be taken in the museum.
We kids rested outside, exhausted, while waiting for my aunt.
Another gift shop around the corner.
That night, we went to a Cantonese restaurant.
One with a cellphone, the other with an itouch.
Fried tofu.
Red cooked ribs.
Shao Mei Ding Sun.
Cantonese style noodle.
Wow.
Wow.
My chocolate flavored ice.
A pudding over snow ice.
My mom's or my cousin's.
Taro ball over snow ice.
A very disturbing, defensive backpack. I mean the one on the left.
Me with my pretty cousin.
Wednesday:
All four of us went biking the next early morning.
That noon, we went to Miramir Entertainment Park.
Tada!
I had no idea what was going on.
Yay! Gone to see Brave.
A fear of heights, anyone?

I love this picture!
Here's what I think of Brave (No spoilers!): An enjoyable flick, with beautiful animation, mind-blowing music. I also love that girl's big, fuzzy red hair., and I like her friend. Overall, the film was good, but it was too short. I'm glad the tickets were for free. In my opinion, I think 2 hour movies are worth to see in theater.
A fear of heights, anyone?
LOL, you seem to have had an awesome week with your cousins! Whenever we visit our cousins - both of them are boys, we have two girl cousins in North Carolina, and a 2 year-old guy a few miles from where I live - we just play cricket, raid the refrigerator, mess around with their PLayStation, watch TV, call each other names, stuff ourselves with ice cream and basically try to stay alive, if you know what I mean. If you don't, well, it just means that we're all jerks, but in a good way, and that's probably why we get along with each other :)
ReplyDeleteI really wanna see The Dark Knight Rises! And The Avengers, too.
I sent you an email, but I don't know if you've received it since I didn't get a reply.
You could try "Born To Be Wild" by Steppenwolf and maybe "Honky Tonk Horror" by the Black Belles (they're technically new to the world of music, Jack White signed them up to his recording label, Third Man). They also made a song called "Dead Shoe", but I've not heard it yet.
LOL, I don't anime either. Though, I have a friend who's crazy of anime, and she kinda got me hooked to this show called Hetalia: Axis Powers. I watch it dubbed, and it's funny and all, but it won't make my favorite TV show list :) It's about nations and World War II, and every country has a character. Frankly, America would be my favorite :D You can read about him here: http://hetalia.wikinet.org/wiki/America
