Taichung airport at 8 o'clock, Sunday night.
Once we got past immigration, we saw some stores.
Everybody awaited their flight.
My parents, one lovely, the other cool.
Now, one parent being cute.
In the small, narrow plane.
Our food on the plane. It was okay.
After an hour and ten minutes, we arrived in Hong Kong.
We stood there, waiting for a small bus to take us to the airport.
Hong Kong airport.
How complicated.
The main airport.
Walking through the entrance.
My mom, smiled for the camera, despite our exhausting trip.
The airport at 12 a.m.
The entrance to the subway.
My brother was reading his kindle. Dad, being cool.
A few hours later: the complicated yet comprehensible designs of the subway.
My brother and my dad trying to fathom it.
We decided to take a taxi. Cheaper, too.
Outside. Fresh air!
The driver and the wheel was on the right side, unlike Taiwan.
Tall buildings came into sight.
We arrived at our destination.
It wasn't opened yet.
So we headed outside.
"I'm trying to be cool here." (Sorry, Dad.)
We sat down to have breakfast.
An elaborate city.
I snatched a picture of my dad.
A florist shop in a department store.
On our way to lunch.
On our way to Kowloon.
I didn't understand the metro system, so I let the guys handle it.
The crowd of people in the metro train.
We are there.
My first thought when I saw that: Cinderella could live there.
OMG Hong Kong looks awesome!
ReplyDeleteWait, I thought Taiwan had it's driver's wheel on the right side, too, since it's a part of Asia. Oh well.
Personally, what did you think about Starbucks?
LOL my mother drinks milk tea all the time :P I try to make her drink something healthier like green tea or, like, tea without so much milk, but she just - wouldn't - bend.
How old were you when you started getting homeschooled?
