My mom and I went to Hsinchu on Monday, and stayed there until Wednesday morning, to see my aunt and my cousins. My grandparents and another cousin of mine from Taipei came to visit as well. My cousins and I did a lot of fun activities, and did a lot of walking, too. We went swimming, ate at a nice restaurant, and went to Sogo, a nice shopping mall. But we only went to the bookstore, which is fine because we love to read. (The picture on the left is my cousin with her sister's Itouch over her eyes. Reminded me of X-Men's Cyclops.)
My aunt and my cousins moved to a new area a year ago, so it was the first time my mom and I visited their new apartment. The view was nice to look at, and I loved the cozy breeze. Anyway, here are some pictures! (The picture on the right is my cousins' dog, Creamy.)
Monday, morning:

Tuesday:

After walking to find the bus stop for what seemed like an eternity, we finally found it.
We arrived after a very headachey trip on the bus.
My lunch: Korean Style Rice with Pork.
My cousin's Rice with Eggs and Meat over the top.
My Frozen Yogurt Chocolate ice cream. Anybody envious?
We sat by the pond to enjoy our ice cream.
The fish hastened to retrieve the cracker that my cousins threw in the pond.
We returned to that same restaurant that night.

The guy in the picture isn't a pharaoh, it's a god - Anubis, the lord of the dead. Actually, Osiris is the lord of the dead, but Anubis is the lord of funerals *and* death, so everyone's confused :D
OMG a motorcycle! I'm not sure if it's hard, since that was my first lesson and I haven't had any since. I just drove about eight meters, perhaps [I know, totally lame]. But yes, I WAS nervous, and my way of being skittish is grinning like a madman [madwoman, in my case]. How old should you be before you can drive in Taiwan?
